Hope Channel Presents: "Reliving Mark"
Silver Spring, MarylandFeb 24, 2021, 10:59 PM
Reliving Mark is premiering on Hope Channel February 28, 2021 at 2 PM EST.
Reliving Mark is a six-part docudrama that examines the portrait of Jesus that appears in the earliest written account of the life of Jesus of Nazareth — the Gospel of Mark. The series, which was filmed in Israel, follows the fundamental theme that guides the Gospel of Mark, “Who is Jesus of Nazareth?”
Carl Cosaert, Host of Reliving Mark, says, “I hope that viewers of Reliving Mark will find that the series offers a fresh and entertaining perspective on the Gospel of Mark that will reveal new and deeper insights into the Jesus that Mark proclaims.”
The director of Reliving Mark, Rachel Scribner also shares with us, "I hope that viewers who are looking for deeper insights about the Bible, especially Mark’s gospel, can watch this series and learn more about Jesus and what life was really like in his day. Carl’s research is deep and thoughtful. I hope viewers get transported to feel what I felt when I visited Israel. It’s a special feeling to know what those places, where Jesus walked, look like today. I hope people can imagine the stories better after they see this program."
This series will broadcast weekly on DirecTV 368, the Hope Channel website, and the Hope Channel app, Sundays at 2 PM EST. It will also be live streamed on the Hope Channel Facebook page. All episodes will also be available to watch on-demand at RelivingMark.com.
