Almond Milk

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole, raw almonds
3 cups water
2 Tbsp honey or 8 dates (softened in water)
1 pinch salt
A drop of vanilla essence
Directions
Blend on high for ~ 2 minutes or until creamy. Chill.
Keeps in frig up to 5 days.
For a white color, use honey and blanched almonds or pour through a strainer or sieve.
