RecipesMar 8, 2018, 1:00 AM

Ingredients

1 head cauliflower

1 cup garbanzo bean flour

1 tsp. garlic powder

½ tsp. salt

¾ cup water

Your favorite hot sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 425ºF (220ºC)

Combine flour, garlic powder and salt in a medium bowl and stir.

Add water and stir until well-combined and leave to sit for 15 – 30 minutes to thicken.

Cut cauliflower into florets, and coat in batter.

Place on parchment paper covered baking sheet and bake 15 minutes.

While baking, tip hot sauce in medium bowl.

After 15 minutes, remove cauli from oven and tip into the hot sauce, coating well.

Place wings back onto the baking sheet and return to oven for an additional 25 minutes.

Cool slightly before serving with your favorite creamy dip.
