Lime & Ginger Pears

Ingredients

1 Asian pear, peeled

½ cup red grapes, halved

½ cup green grapes, halved

¼ cup pear juice

1 Tbs freshly squeezed lime juice

1 tsp agave nectar

2 Tbs desiccated ginger, chopped finely

4 sprigs mint

Directions

Scoop out the flesh of the Asian pear with a melon baller and place in bowl.

Add grape halves, pear juice, lime juice and agave, stir gently and chill for 3 hours.

Divide into 4 dishes.

Garnish with dried ginger and mint sprigs

Serve.
