A Stranger's Hospitality
The simple concept of meeting together to break bread - physically and spiritually - has been a successful evangelism method for thousands of years. Jesus taught on hillsides while the people ate. The early apostles met in house groups over meals. Find out how the method still works today.
The simple concept of meeting together to break bread - physically and spiritually - has been a successful evangelism method for thousands of years. Jesus taught on hillsides while the people ate. The early apostles met in house groups over meals. And, Carl Divert has seen it work today. He began "Bible and Breakfast" as a way to reach those in his community. This mission has transformed his life and those who learn more about the Bread of Life.
Lillian & Weedman use another way to share Jesus with others. They simply hand out cards. The cards explain how to watch Hope Channel and why its Bible based programming is relevant. It's a ministry this couple shares wherever they go.

Pastor Derek Morris
While God knows the path our lives will take, we are free to make our own choices. We can decide to let difficult experiences doubt His love for us or we can focus on God through the darkest of times. We can trust Him to place us where He wants us to be.
A near miss. A close call. A narrow escape. These instances appear like lucky breaks but there's more than meets the eye. Angels are not just characters in storybooks. They are real heavenly beings God has charged with our safety.
God places a calling to serve in each of us, a desire for ministry in our spiritual DNA. For some, they ignore the call and choose to serve only themselves. For others, they make it their life's mission.
We have no idea who, how or even what God will use to encourage us in our spiritual journeys. He uses seemingly ordinary things to show His extraordinary love for us.
