Paul mentions people like Tychicus, Onesimus, Epaphras, and Luke, showing that God uses all kinds of people in His work. Even those who once failed, like John Mark, were restored and became valuable in ministry.

Drawing from Colossians 3 and 4, this study explores how Christ transforms the way believers relate to spouses, children, coworkers, and everyone around them. Paul emphasizes mutual submission, sacrificial love, patient instruction, and the avoidance of harsh or discouraging behavior. Even in difficult social structures, he calls Christians to work with integrity, treat others with fairness, and remember that all service is ultimately for the Lord.
